Little Virginia brings a vintage rum cake recipe into the modern world.  Each batch is hand-mixed with local farm eggs and preserved in a brown butter glaze. This is a luxury dessert made for everyone.

Little Virginia operates under the virginia cottage food law.

All cakes and other products are made at home in a kitchen that does not undergo state inspection.

Rum cakes do not require temperature control and are shelf-stable.

The Little Virginia brand is looking to build a bond and trust with the community in hopes of expanding into a commercial kitchen.
